Franklin Police Department Receives Matching Grant of $2,500 by Centerpoint Energy

The Franklin Police Department received a matching grant of $2,500 by Centerpoint Energy which will be used to upgrade the department’s two way radio communications systems to a voice activated throat microphone communication system for each officer. The matching funds will also cover portable road hazard signs for each unit.
