Franklin Arrest Report 9-1-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 12 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

Catina Butler, 44, of Anderson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 31, 2020, at 5:33 PM, on the charge of disturbing the peace by intoxication. Butler was booked, processed, and released on a $1,000.00 bond.
