Franklin Arrest Report 8-4-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 8 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

Carl Dupas, 56, of Iberia St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 3, 2020, at 8:49 AM, on a warrant dated July 26, 2020, for resisting an officer with force, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of schedule II narcotics (methamphetamine) – 2 counts. Dupas was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
