Franklin Arrest Report 8-31-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 29 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:

Rodney Bowie, 42, of Seventh St., Franklin, LA, while incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department, was arrested on August 28, 2020, at 10:31 AM, on warrants for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension, speeding, and criminal neglect of family. Bowie was booked, processed, and held on a $2,500.00 bond.
