Franklin Arrest Report 8-18-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 20 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

Karl Charles, 34, of Anderson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 17, 2020, at 4:56 PM, on the charges of domestic abuse battery and possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana). Charles was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.

Keenze Howard, Sr., 55, of Ninth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 17, 2020, at 10:33 PM, on the charges of aggravated second degree battery and reckless operation of a vehicle. Howard was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
