Franklin Arrest Report 7-23-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 6 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

Rhonda Naquin, 58, of Lee St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 22, 2020, at 5:06 PM, on a warrant dated May 1, 2020, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Naquin was booked, processed, and released on a $2,500.00 bond.

Marcus Austin, 35, of Seventh St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 23, 2020, at 1:01 AM, on the charges of possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana), possession of schedule II narcotics (crack cocaine), and illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile. Austin was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
