The Franklin Police Department responded to 14 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

Sidney Demahy, 64, of Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 20, 2020, at 7:50 PM, on a warrant dated July 15, 2020 on the charges of criminal trespass second offense and theft. Demahy was booked, processed, and held on a $2,500.00 bond.
