Franklin Arrest Report 7-20-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 29 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:

Irving Phillips, Jr., 35, of Lee Charles St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 18, 2020, at 12:45 PM, on the charges of aggravated battery with a knife, aggravated assault on a juvenile, resisting an officer, and disturbing the peace by fighting. Phillips was booked, processed, and transported to St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
