Franklin Arrest Report 7-17-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 12 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

Louis Cloteaux, 37, of Old LA 25, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2020, at 3:11 PM, on a warrant dated July 10, 2020 on the charge of violation of a protective order. Cloteaux was booked, processed, and held on a $2,500.00 bond.

Derrick Brown, 37, of Rod Lane, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on July 17, 2020 at 12:42 AM, on the charges of possession of a firearm by a felon convicted of certain felonies, possession of marijuana, improper lane usage, no driver’s license. Brown was booked, processed, and held on a $30,000.00 bond.
