The Franklin Police Department responded to 8 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Brent Savoie, 24, of Cole Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 15, 2020, at 7:54 AM, on the charges of second degree battery domestic and domestic child endangerment. Savoie was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at time of press release.
Ramond Depass, 18, of John St., Baldwin, LA, was arrested on July 15, 2020, at 3:26 PM, on the charges of possession of schedule I narcotics and violation of controlled dangerous substance law drug free zone. Depass was booked, processed and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
April Phillip, 40, of Lee Charles St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 15, 2020 at 3:33 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of theft and criminal damage to property. Phillips was booked, processed, and release on a $418.00 bond.
Michelle Hayes, 40, of Eves St., Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on July 15, 2020 at 3:33 PM, on the charge of possession of schedule I narcotic and a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Hayes was booked, processed, and held on a $1,500.00 bond.
Trevion Jackson, 18, of BB Lane, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on July 15, 2020 at 4:22 PM, on the charges of possession of schedule I narcotics and violation of controlled dangerous substance law drug free one. Jackson was booked, processed and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
