Franklin Arrest Report 7-10-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 10 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

Matoka Harris, 31, of Ninth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 9, 2020, at 4:33 PM, on the charge of theft. Harris was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
