Franklin Arrest Report 6-30-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 13 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

Joseph Darby, 39, of Anderson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 29, 2020, at 4:36 PM, on the charges of open container in vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia – 2 counts, possession of schedule II narcotics (methamphetamine), possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana) with intent to distribute, possession of schedule II narcotics (crack cocaine), and possession of schedule IV narcotics (xanax). Darby was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.

Amanda Parker, 40, of Pluto St., Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 29, 2020, at 4:36 PM, on the charges of possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana) with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia – 2 counts, and open container in vehicle. Parker was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
