Franklin Arrest Report 6-29-2020
The Franklin Police Department responded to 34 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Evella Thomas, 33, of Charles Ln., Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on June 26, 2020, at 3:28 PM, on two warrants for the 27th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charges of no driver’s license, affidavit, theft, and misrepresentation at booking. Thomas was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Kient Martin, 30, of Myra St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 27, 2020, at 1:51 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of domestic abuse battery and a warrant dated June 25, 2020, for possession of schedule I narcotics (heroin), possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana), careless operation, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Martin was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Isis Dapremont, 24, of Robertson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 28, 2020, at 11:55 AM, on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of operating a vehicle without a driver’s license and failure to honor written promise to appear. Dapremont was additionally arrested on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of window tint restrictions, no driver’s license, and no registration in vehicle. Dapremont was booked, processed, and released on a $686.00 bond.
