Franklin Arrest Report 6-23-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 15 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

Torrance Arbuthnot, Sr., 44, of Bud St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 22, 2020, at 9:25 AM, on the charge of possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana) and a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension, speeding, no insurance, misuse of temporary license plate, expired motor vehicle inspection sticker, failure to apply for certificate of title, and reckless operation. Arbuthnot was booked, processed, and held on a $2,500.00 bond.
