Franklin Arrest Report 6-18-2020
The Franklin Police Department responded to 9 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Traci Burke, 33, of Lee Charles St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 17, 2020, at 6:56 AM, on two warrants dated June 11, 2020, for obstruction of justice and extortion. Burke was booked, processed, and released on a $5,000.00 bond.
Shawn Jenkins, 43, of Morris St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 17, 2020, at 10:15 AM, on the charge of obscenity. Jenkins was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Albert Walters, 43, of Eleventh St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 17, 2020, at 11:23 AM, on the charges of simple battery of person with infirmities and simple burglary. Walters was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
