Franklin Arrest Report 5-26-2020
The Franklin Police Department responded to 44 complaints over the past holiday weekend and made the following arrests:
Terrance Domingue, 43, of Weber St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 23, 2020, at 1:23 AM, on the charges of disturbing the peace by intoxication and disturbing the peace obscene language. Domingue was booked, processed, and released on a $3,000.00 bond.
Tris Madison, 27, of Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 25, 2020, at 9:55 PM, on a warrant dated August 7, 2019, for illegal use of counterfeit trademark; a warrant dated September 3, 2019, for simple criminal damage to property; a warrant dated March 18, 2020, for simple battery; a warrant for St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office for battery of a dating partner; and two warrants for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle without a driver’s license, failure to honor written promise to appear, and operating a vehicle without proper required equipment. Madison was additionally arrested on the charge of domestic abuse battery child endangerment – 3rd offense. Madison was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
