Franklin Arrest Report 5-18-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 41 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Aaron Lightfoot, 32, of Ninth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 15, 2020, at 9:58 AM, on the charges of domestic abuse child endangerment – 2 counts, attempted aggravated criminal damage to property, and domestic abuse battery with strangulation. Lightfoot was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Altoneshia Dugas, 18, of Blakesley St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 15, 2020, at 11:46 AM, on domestic abuse battery – 1st offense. Dugas was booked, processed, and released on a $2,500.00 bond.
Alton Fine, 29, of Blakesley St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 15, 2020, at 12:17 PM, on the charge of domestic abuse battery with strangulation. Fine was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
