Franklin Arrest Report 4-9-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 14 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Dwan Williams, 35, of Plantation Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 08, 2020, at 12:01 PM, on the charges of illegal possession of stolen property and driver must be licensed. Williams was booked, processed, and released on a $2,000.00 bond.
