Franklin Arrest Report 4-13-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 45 complaints over the past holiday weekend and made the following arrests:
Jawan Colar, 21, of Ninth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 9, 2020, at 12:17 PM, on the charge of possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana). Colar was booked, processed, and released on a $2,000.00 bond.
Jameson Austin, 19, of Hickory St., Patterson, LA, was arrested on April 9, 2020, at 12:17 PM, on the charge of possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana). Austin was booked, processed, and released on a $2,000.00 bond.
Aaron Joseph, 28, of Sixth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 10, 2020, at 12:43 AM, on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana – 2nd offense and a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court (Iberia) for failure to appear on the charges of automobile insurance fraud, theft of goods over $1,500.00, and filing or maintaining false public records. Joseph was additionally arrested on the charge of resisting an officer. Joseph was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Yvette Perry, 46, of Willow St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 10, 2020, at 8:29 PM, on the charge of domestic abuse battery. Perry was additionally arrested on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of expired motor vehicle inspection and expired driver’s license. Perry was booked, processed, and released on a $2,743.00 bond.
Yvonne Denlinger, 46, of Willow St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 10, 2020, at 8:46 PM, on the charge of domestic abuse battery. Denlinger was booked, processed, and released on a $2,500.00 bond.
