Franklin Arrest Report 3-9-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 55 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Lismer Quintana-Velez, 28, of Joseph St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 6, 2020, at 7:33 PM, on the charge of simple battery with medical attention. Quintana-Velez was booked, processed, and released on a $2,500.00 bond.
