Franklin Arrest Report 3-30-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 32 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Freddie Brown, 39, of Tabor St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 29, 2020, at 2:56 AM, on the charges of disturbing the peace by fighting. Brown was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
