Franklin Arrest Report 3-2-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 42 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Brandon Willis, 37, of Anderson St., Franklin, LA, while incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department, was arrested on February 28, 2020, at 1:38 PM, on a warrant dated February 28, 2020, for indecent behavior with a juvenile, pornography involving juveniles, and computer aided solicitation of a minor for sexual purposes. Willis was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
