Franklin Arrest Report 3-17-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 16 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Hilton Owens, Jr., 39, Of Dulles Dr., Lafayette, LA, was arrested March 16, 2020, at 8:35 PM, on the charge of simple battery. Owens was booked, processed, and released on a $2,500.00 bond.
Keenze Howard, 54, of Ninth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 17, 2020, at 12:40 AM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension, establishing of speed zones, no insurance, and expired license plate. Howard was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
