Franklin Arrest Report 2-27-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 17 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Brandon Willis, 37, of Anderson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 26, 2020, at 6:16 PM, on the charges of distribution to persons under age of eighteen – 3 counts, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile – 3 counts, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Willis was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
