Franklin Arrest Report 2-24-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 36 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Bruce Woods, 42, of Weber St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 21, 2020, at 11:16 AM, on a warrant dated February 20, 2020, for second degree rape. Woods was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
