The Franklin Police Department responded to 15 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
JeMario Williams, 19, of Myra St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 18, 2020, at 12:35 PM, on warrants for Patterson Police Department for simple battery and theft. Williams was booked, processed, and transported to the Patterson Police Department.
