Franklin Arrest Report 2-11-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 11 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Julia Bailey, 69, of Two Brothers St., Amelia, LA, was arrested on February 10, 2020, at 3:33 PM, on two warrants for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while license is suspended, improper lane usage, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bailey was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
