Franklin Arrest Report 12-7-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 18 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:

Lee Butler, 53, of St. Joseph Ln., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 4, 2020, at 9:34 AM, on a warrant dated September 10, 2020, for aggravated battery. Butler was additionally arrested on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Butler was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.

Joseph Thomas, III, 58, of Myra St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2020, at 3:17 PM, on the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and aggravated assault with a knife. Thomas was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
