Franklin Arrest Report 12-28-2020
The Franklin Police Department responded to 27 complaints over the past holiday weekend and made the following arrests:
Sybil LeBoeuf, 64, of Canal Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 23, 2020, at 11:48 AM, on the charge of simple assault. LeBoeuf was booked, processed, and released on a $1,000.00 bond.
Terry Curry, 66, of Canal Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 23, 2020, at 11:48 AM, on the charge of simple battery. Curry was booked, processed, and released on a $2,500.00 bond.
Patricia Orona, 34, of Cayce St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 25, 2020, at 5:46 PM, on the charge of taking contraband into penal institution. Orona was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Jamie Rivera, 36, of Malcolm St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 26, 2020, at 7:01 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of no lights and suspended driver’s license. Rivera was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Anthony Wells, 70, of Antigo Alley, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 26, 2020, at 10:25 PM, on a warrant dated June 22, 2020, for theft. Wells was booked, processed, and held on a $1,500.00 bond.
Cheddrick Roberson, 41, of Bigler St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 27, 2020, at 3:07 PM, on warrants for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of simple battery, remaining where forbidden, driving under suspension, and no proof of insurance. Roberson was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
