Franklin Arrest Report 12-14-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 29 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:

Charleston Willis, Sr., 40, of Marigny Circle, Duson, LA, was arrested on December 11, 2020, at 5:47 PM, on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Willis was booked, processed, and held on a $16,521.55 bond.
