The Franklin Police Department responded to 13 complaints over the 24 hours and made the following arrests:

Dereke Guilbeau, 23, of Hamm Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 24, 2020, at 1:00 am, on the charge of interfering with a law enforcement investigation. Guilbeau was booked, processed, and released on a $500.00 bond.
