Franklin Arrest Report 11-2-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 28 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:

Joel Loustalot, 33, of Cayce St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 1, 2020, at 11:48 PM, on a warrant dated October 28, 2020, for theft – 3rd offense. Loustalot was booked, processed, and held on a $5,000.00 bond.

Dwan Williams, 35, of Plantation Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 2, 2020, at 1:53 AM, on a warrant for parole violation. Williams was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
