Franklin Arrest Report 1-7-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 10 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Teldrich Toussaint, 22, of Antigo Alley, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 6, 2020, at 9:04 PM, on a warrant dated December 21, 2019, for second degree battery. Toussaint was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
