Ladetra Billiot, 47, of Cherry St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 29, 2020, at 11:21 AM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension and improper lane use. Billiot was booked, processed, and released on a $350.00 bond.
