Franklin Arrest Report 1-27-2020
The Franklin Police Department responded to 23 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Daylon Richard, 19, of Richard St., Baldwin, LA, was arrested on January 24, 2020, at 2:35 PM, on the charge of obstruction of justice. Richard was booked, processed, and released on a $2,000.00 bond.
Damon Guy, 27, of Martin Luther King Blvd., Patterson, LA, was arrested on January 26, 2020, at 7:05 PM, on a warrant for the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office for battery of a dating partner. Guy was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Joseph Thibodeaux, 21, of West Ibert St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 26, 2020, at 9:34 PM, on warrants for the Morgan City Police Department for illegal possession of stolen things, criminal trespassing, and possession of schedule II narcotics. Thibodeaux was booked, processed, and transported to the Morgan City Police Department.
