Franklin Arrest Report 1-16-2020

The Franklin Police Department responded to 8 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Harold Dugas, III, 45, of Jackson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 15, 2020, at 10:57 AM, on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charges of remaining where forbidden and driving while intoxicated. Dugas was additionally arrested on the charge of driving under suspension with priors. Dugas was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Theresa Lopez, 33, of Ninth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 15, 2020, at 4:05 PM, on the charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. Lopez was booked, processed, and released on a $1,000.00 bond.
Jazzle Rack, 31, of Seventh St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 15, 2020, at 4:05 PM, on the charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. Rack was booked, processed, and released on a $1,000.00 bond.
