Former Nicholls State Running Back, Dalton Hilliard Jr., Dies At Age 29

Former Nicholls State running back, and also the son of long time Saints running back Dalton Hilliard, Dalton Hilliard Jr., has died at age 29. Nicholls State University posted condolences on their facebook page on Monday.

The Nicholls Football program lost a member of our family, as former running back Dalton Hilliard Jr. passed away at the age of 29.

Our thoughts are with his family, friends, former coaches and teammates.

Dalton Hilliard Jr. played four seasons with the Colonels from 2010-2013. He is the son of Patterson native Dalton Hilliard.
