Dan Westley Roberson, Sr., 76, a resident and native of Patterson, LA passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 5:44 pm at Terrebonne General Hospital in Houma, LA.
Memories of Dan, Sr., will forever remain in the hearts of his children, Dan Roberson Jr. and Cynthia Denise Reaux both of Patterson, LA, Herman Anthony Roberson  of Port Allen, LA, Darrell Roberson of Baton Rouge, LA, Linzie Robert Palmer  of Stone Mountain, GA, Don Cedric Roberson of Atlanta, GA, Mrs. Kenneth (Kimberly Sherine) Roberson of  Humble, TX and Sonya Rochelle Roberson Patterson, LA; his siblings, Elaine R. Phillips of  Baker, LA, Dr. Clifford William Roberson Jr. of Atlanta, GA, Nettie R. Rondeno of Atlanta, GA, Mrs. Bobby (Anita R.) Evans of Baton Rouge, LA, Sherel R. Jones of Patterson, LA, Shelby Roberson Sr.  and Donald Ray Valentine  both of Morgan City, LA, Marie Cage, Joyce Crenshaw and Abbie Offrealli all of New Hartford, CT and Larry Williams  of Patterson, LA and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, daughters-in law, sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends.
Dan Sr., was preceded in death by his daughter; his parents, ; paternal grandparents, and his maternal grandparents.
In an effort to comply with the CDC recommendations to cancel/postpone events with 10 or more people, and state officials imploring people to stay home and limit social interaction, a drive through viewing (REMAINING IN THE CAR WITH NO STOPPING) will be held on Friday May 1, 2020 at Jones Funeral Home 1101 Main Street Franklin, LA from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. A private service will be held. Burial will be in the Ibert’s Memorial Park in Patterson. Services will be accessible by viewing the Jones Funeral Home, Inc. Facebook Page at the time of services.
