Churches Taking Donations Of Water

The Gulf Coast Baptist Association, a network of Southern Baptist Churches along the Louisiana coast, is receiving cases of bottled water to be delivered to distribution centers in the Lake Charles area for victims of Hurricane Laura. Cases of water are being received at the First Baptist Church of Berwick, located on Boudreaux Street, beneath the water tower, in Berwick. Collection hours will be 2 to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. For those unable to come during these hours, water may be dropped off under the awning of the church at the designated location.
