Chitimacha Arrest Report 6-25-2020

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reports the following arrests:

On 6-22-20, Alvin Trosclair III, 49, Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested for duty of offenders to notify law enforcement of change of address, residence, or other registration information (failure to register as sex offender). He remained incarcerated at the parish jail. During an investigation from previous charges, it was learned Trosclair failed to notify law enforcement of changes and a warrant was issued. The warrant was served on Trosclair at the parish jail where he remained incarcerated.
