Chitimacha Arrest Report 5-26-2020

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reports the following arrests:
On 5-16-20, Reginald Brown, 56, Joe White Street, Charenton, was arrested for reckless operation of a vehicle and driver must be licensed and released on a summons. An officer observed a vehicle driving in an erratic behavior and a traffic stop was performed. During the investigation, Brown was arrested.
On 5-23-20, Stacey Grubb, 39, Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested for criminal trespass and released on a summons. Officers responded to a Tribal business in reference to a subject who was trespassing. During the investigation, it was learned Grubb was trespassing and was arrested.
On 5-23-20, a 16-year-old juvenile, Lafayette, was arrested for five (5) counts of sexting and released on a summons to a guardian. This arrest stemmed from an ongoing investigation.
On 5-25-20, Jordan Istre, 30, Oneida Street, Charenton, was arrested for domestic abuse. He was transported to the parish jail. Officers responded to a Tribal residence in reference to a disturbance. During the investigation, it was learned Istre was involved and was arrested.
