Chitimacha Arrest Report 2-7-2020

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reports the following arrests:
On 2-5-20, Maggie Alcina, 34, Treiul Street, Franklin, was arrested for criminal mischief (filing a false police report) and released on a summons.
On 1-31-20, officers responded to a Tribal business in reference to counterfeit bills. During the investigation, it was learned two (2) subjects were involved and warrants were issued for their arrest. On 2-7-20, both subjects were found on the Reservation and the following were arrested:
Shannon Cook, 30, Choctaw Street, Charenton, was arrested for the Tribal charge of attempted theft. She was transported to the parish jail.
Daniel Laviolette, 33, Choctaw Street, Charenton, was arrested for monetary instrument abuse. He was transported to the parish jail.
