Chitimacha Arrest Report 2-3-2020

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reports the following arrests:
On 1-29-20, a 16-year-old juvenile, Charenton, was arrested for status offender/ungovernable juvenile, unlawful possession or use of drugs, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was transported to a juvenile detention center. Officers received a complaint of an ungovernable juvenile and possible illegal narcotics were involved. A search warrant was obtained and the Chitimacha Narcotics K-9 was deployed which resulted in the arrest.
On 2-3-20, Loreal Druilhet, 24, Gumpoint Lane, Franklin, was arrested for domestic abuse battery and simple battery. She was transported to the parish jail. Officers responded to a Tribal business in reference to a disturbance. During the investigation, it was learned Druilhet committed the battery and was arrested.
