Chitimacha Arrest Report 11-30-2020

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reports the following arrests:
On 11-23-20, Joshua Celestine, 27, Heidi Circle, Scott, was arrested for simple burglary and aggravated burglary. He was transported to the parish jail. On 7-24-20, officers responded to a Tribal business in reference to a burglary. During the investigation, it was learned Celestine was involved, along with two (2) other individuals whom have already been arrested, but had already left the premises. A warrant was issued for Celestine. Celestine was made aware of the active warrant and turned himself in to the Chitimacha Police Department where he was arrested.
On 11-28-20, Kaleb Fluke, 19, Coushatta Drive, Charenton, was arrested for Tribal charges for unlawful possession or use of drugs (synthetic marijuana) and violation of pre-trail diversion. He was transported to the parish jail. Officers responded to a Tribal residence in reference to a disturbance. During the investigation, it was learned Fluke was in possession of illegal narcotics and was arrested.
On 11-30-20, Kaleb Fluke, 19, Coushatta Drive, Charenton, was arrested for Tribal charge for unlawful possession of drugs in a drug free zone. He remained incarcerated at the parish jail. A warrant was issued for Fluke and was arrested.
