Chitimacha Arrest Report 1-27-2020

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reports the following arrests:
On 1-23-20, Dan LeBlanc, 34, Fairwood Drive, Broussard, was arrested for theft and released on a summons. Officers responded to a Tribal business in reference to a theft. During the investigation, it was learned LeBlanc committed the theft and was arrested.
On 1-23-20, Kevin Terry, 19, Walnut Mountain Road, Rabun Gap, Georgia, was arrested for unlawful playing of gaming devices by persons under the age of 21 and released on a summons. Officers responded to a Tribal business in reference to an underage gambler. During the investigation, it was learned Terry was underage and was arrested.
On 1-26-20, Chace Buckner, 27, Padre Drive, Broussard, was arrested for criminal trespass and released on a summons. Officers responded to a Tribal business in reference to a subject who was trespassing. During the investigation, it was learned Buckner was trespassing and was arrested.
