Chitimacha Arrest Report 1-21-2020

Arrest Report for Hal Hutchinson:
On 1-17-20, Kimberly Clements, 37, Willow Street, New Iberia, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated 3rd offense, possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles and turning movements and required signals. She was transported to the parish jail. An officer patrolling the Reservation, observed a vehicle perform a traffic infraction and conducted a traffic stop. During the stop, it was learned Clements was impaired and was arrested.
On 1-17-20, Joshua Ferris, 26, Harris Drive, Locust Grove, Georgia, was arrested for domestic abuse battery. He was transported to the parish jail. An officer responded to a Tribal business in reference to a disturbance. During the investigation, it was learned Ferris was involved and was arrested.
