CARRIE UNDERWOOD’S FAMILY HID IN SAFE ROOM DURING TORNADO – (03/04/2020)
Carrie Underwood wasn’t home during the devastating tornado that hit Nashville—but her husband, Mike Fisher, and children were. Underwood was away preparing for the start of her media tour, which supports his new book endeavor Find Your Path…. but Fisher and their children, 5-year-old Isaiah and 1 year old Jacob, were forced to take action in the middle of the night. “
Underwood commented on the ordeal on a recent episode of The Today Show, saying Fisher “…had to go upstairs at 2am and grab the boys to take the down to…a little safe room in our house. I bet everyone was crying.” Other country singers who call Nashville home, like Maren Mossi, Cassadee Pope, and Rachel Reinert, checked in as “safe” on Twitter.
