Berwick Police Investigating Tuesday Night Shots Fired Complaint

According to Chief David Leonard, on Tuesday September 1, at approximately 11:00 pm, Berwick Police Department received numerous calls from the area of Bayside Village Apartments in reference to multiple gunshots. Upon officers arriving in the area, they spoke to several individuals who stated they heard gunshots.
During the course of the investigation, it was learned that two vehicles had been struck by gunfire and a third vehicle struck by a possible suspect vehicle. There were no occupants in the vehicles at the time of the shooting and no injuries were reported.
The investigation is ongoing and residents with any information are urged to contact Berwick Police Department at 384-7710. Callers can remain anonymous.
This is the second incident regarding shots fired in Berwick in the past week.
