Berwick Police Chief David Leonard reports the following arrests:
Brandon Boykin W/M 36 East Gray Hawk Dr. Tuscon, AZ was arrested on January 28, 2020 at 11:24 PM for
- DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED FIRST OFFENSE
On January 28, 2020 at approximately 10:51 PM an officer checking on a vehicle parked on side of the road made contact with the driver Brandon Boykin. While speaking with Boykin a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected coming from his breath and person. Boykin was asked to perform a series of standardized field sobriety tests which he performed poorly on. Boykin was placed under arrest and transported to the Berwick Police Department where he provided a valid breath sample of .116 G% BAC. Boykin was charged with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense. He posted a bond of $2,500.00 and was released.
