Berwick Golf Cart Hit & Run Suspect Identified; Charges and Restitution Pending

On Thursday March 19, 2020, investigators with Berwick Police Department developed a suspect in the Hit & Run incident that was previously reported in January. During the course of the investigation, a male juvenile was identified and questioned. After further investigation, the juvenile confessed to the incident. Possible charges and restitution for the damages are pending in this matter.
